Silent Yoga UK is a Dorset-based wellness company offering deeply immersive yoga and meditation sessions using state-of-the-art silent disco headphones. Founded in 2016 by two DJs, the concept puts crystal-clear teacher guidance and curated playlists directly into your ears, eliminating outside distractions for a transformative practice.
Sessions range from energising movement (Move) to restorative relaxation (Chill), with private events and outdoor beachside experiences also available through their sister brand Wellness By The Sea.
