Established in 1999 by Tony Willis, 5 Elements Martial Arts Academy is one of Essex's leading martial arts facilities, based in Basildon. The academy offers a comprehensive range of disciplines including kickboxing, MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), boxing, Muay Thai, Kung Fu (Southern Mantis), and Eskrima — for all ages from 3 years upward.
With over 25 years of professional instruction and affiliations with leading organisations such as the ABA, BMABA, and Eddie Kone BJJ, 5 Elements is committed to developing confidence, discipline, and respect in every student. Facilities include a full boxing ring, professional mats, and heavy bags.
