Freestyle Martial Arts Southam is a contemporary martial arts school offering classes for children (ages 7+) and adults in a blend of four styles: Karate, Taekwondo, Kung-Fu, and Kickboxing. Classes focus on building confidence, self-esteem, discipline, and concentration, while also improving fitness, strength, flexibility, and coordination.

The school also offers personal safety training and self-defence. All instructors are fully qualified, DBS certified, Safeguarding Code certified, fully insured, and first aid trained.
