Founded by Sensei Chris Fensom — a Black Belt in Goju Ryu Karate, Black Belt in BJJ, and multiple national champion — the academy combines traditional martial arts with modern life coaching, aiming to develop discipline, confidence, and mental resilience in students of all ages. Classes run across multiple local venues throughout the week.
