Active Future is Kent's leading specialist in older adult fitness, wellbeing, Parkinson's Disease exercise and rehabilitation, based in the Tunbridge Wells area.

Run by a highly qualified fitness instructor with over 20 years of experience, the studio offers group classes for over-50s and over-70s, yoga, specialist Parkinson's and neurological rehabilitation sessions, and one-to-one training. Classes are held at local village halls and church halls, with all equipment provided. The first class is free.
