Advance Gymnastics Club is a friendly community gymnastics club based in New Addington, Croydon, offering classes for all ages and abilities from walking age through to adults. Programmes range from parent-and-child pre-school circuits and recreational general gymnastics to invitation-only competitive squads (Floor & Vault and Artistic).
Adult mixed-ability sessions are also available on Tuesday evenings. The club emphasises skill development, social interaction, confidence-building and progression, with opportunities for internal and external competitions.
