Aikido Cardiff: Aikido Gakko Ueshiba is a traditional Aikido club based in Morganstown, Cardiff, with over 30 years of history. Founded by Sensei Bernard Harding (6th Dan) and now led by Chief Instructor Paul Lewis (3rd Dan), the club offers a welcoming, inclusive and non-competitive training environment for all levels — from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.

Classes focus on self-defence techniques, physical fitness, coordination, flexibility and self-confidence. The club is a non-profit organisation recognised by the British Aikido Board and affiliated to the National Aikido Federation.
