Ki No Nagare is an Aikikai Aikido dojo in the heart of Mayfair, London, led by Rinaldo Rustico, 5th Dan, a student of TADA Hiroshi (9th Dan Shihan). Classes take place in a beautiful 80 sqm tatami dojo at 16 Balderton Street, just 5 minutes from Bond Street and Marble Arch tube stations.
Training follows the Aikikai lineage rooted in the teachings of founder Morihei Ueshiba and emphasises the flow of internal energy (Ki No Nagare). Sessions begin with breathing exercises, followed by warm-up, ukemi (breakfall) practice, and the study of both empty-handed and weapons techniques (bokken, tanto, jo).
The dojo's philosophy treats Aikido as a form of moving meditation — a path to harmonise individual energy with that of the Universe.
