Ainsty Gymnastics & Trampoline Club is a York-based club offering gymnastics, trampoline, GymPacT and PlayGym sessions for children of all abilities. Gymnastics classes cover floor, beam, vault, bars and air track for ages 5–16. Trampoline classes teach shape jumps, front/back landings and somersaults, also for ages 5–16.
GymPacT is an original activity combining Gymnastics, Parkour and Trampoline for ages 6–16. PlayGym caters for the youngest members aged 6 months to 4 years, developing balance, rolls and jumps. The club also runs birthday parties, holiday camps and keep-in-touch sessions, and is affiliated with the IGA.
