Aira Pilates is Glasgow's women-only, on-demand Reformer Pilates studio, open 6am–10pm every day. Each reformer is equipped with a personal video screen giving instant access to 900+ guided classes across all levels — from beginner to advanced, including pregnancy and postnatal sessions.
Simply arrive, choose your class, press play, and move at your own pace with expert instructor guidance. After your session, unwind in the Relax & Recover Room with premium full-body massage chairs, included with every booking. The studio also hosts wellness and self-care events, creating a supportive community space for women.
