Align Pilates is a boutique pilates studio in the heart of Henley-on-Thames, led by instructor Cath Drummond. The studio offers small-group mat pilates classes (max 8 participants), equipment classes including reformer, chair and springboard (max 6), barre & stretch, HIIT outdoor classes, and private sessions.
Classes are available both in-person at the studio on 5 Friday Street and via Zoom, with a welcoming, personalised approach to movement, strength and flexibility.
