Align To Elevate Pilates was founded by Frankie, a former City lawyer who turned her passion for Pilates into a career. The studio offers 1:1 Reformer Pilates sessions in a private studio, tailored to the individual, as well as Mat Pilates classes.
Grounded in the classical Pilates repertoire, Frankie brings a versatile and energetic approach, drawing on her additional qualifications as a gym instructor, spin, circuits and strength training coach. Sessions are suitable for all levels and are designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, coordination and mental wellbeing.
