Haslemere Pilates is a friendly, dynamic and nurturing Pilates studio open 7 days a week, welcoming all ages and abilities — from the super fit to those recovering from injury or surgery.

Led by physiotherapist and Pilates teacher Karol House, the studio offers over 30 classes per week including Matwork, Reformer, High Intensity Pilates™, Studio Open Sessions, virtual Zoom classes, and 1:1/1:2/1:3 private sessions. The bespoke studio is equipped with Reformers, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Barrel, and is set in the beautiful surroundings of Haslemere.
