Align Studio is a friendly, intimate boutique studio nestled at the heart of Hampton Hill High Street, with beautiful Bushy Park right on its doorstep.

The studio offers a wide range of classes including Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Hot Yoga, Yin, Barre, Pilates Mat, Stay Strong and specialist sessions such as Pregnancy Yoga, Post-natal Yoga & Pilates, Mums & Bubs, and Golden Pilates for the over-60s. A separate 'petite studio' hosts private and semi-private Reformer Pilates sessions.

Beginners are warmly welcomed through dedicated Foundations classes for both Yoga and Pilates, and the team is on hand to help every member find the right practice for their body and mind, whatever their ability or experience.
