Catriona Yoga – The Garden Studio is a welcoming boutique yoga studio set in a beautiful private garden room in Strawberry Hill, on the Twickenham/Teddington border. Led by Catriona, an experienced yoga teacher with over 20 years of practice, the studio offers small, friendly classes in Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, and Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga.

Classes are designed to be accessible to all ages, experience levels, and fitness backgrounds, with a strong focus on flexibility, strength, mental wellbeing, and breathwork. Additional classes are also held at The Hare and The Moon Studio on Twickenham Green. Private one-to-one or small-group sessions are available by appointment.
