Alva Yoga is a boutique home studio in Hampton Wick offering a rich blend of Traditional Chinese Medicine, yoga, sound therapy, and meditation. Led by Alva — an E-RYT 500 teacher with over two decades of experience — the studio provides intimate group and private sessions in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, Yoga Nidra, Kirtan chanting, sound medicine, and acupuncture.

With a maximum of six students per asana class, every session delivers personalised attention in a nurturing sanctuary. Alva also hosts monthly New & Full Moon Gatherings, community healing circles, workplace wellbeing programmes, and immersive Yoga Nidra certification courses.

The studio doubles as an official UK retailer for Bhava Harmoniums and handmade Nepalese singing bowls.
