AORA is a boutique reformer Pilates studio in the heart of Bristol, located at Eco Studios on Clanage Road in Bower Ashton.

The studio offers two distinct class styles: FLOW, a mindful, all-levels reformer class focused on strength, mobility and posture; and ATHLETICS, a high-intensity reformer class fused with strength training using heavier springs, dumbbells and weighted rings. Classes are capped at 11 reformers, ensuring a personal experience with expert instruction.
