Apex Coaching is a private group training gym in Sale built for people who find traditional gyms intimidating. Founded in 2022, the studio pairs every member with a dedicated coach who guides them through each session, ensures correct form, and keeps them accountable.
Sessions are held in a private, mirror-free facility with a strict no-ego policy and a supportive community atmosphere. The flagship entry point is a 6-Week Challenge — two to three coached sessions per week — covering strength training, weekly check-ins, nutrition guidance, and a flexible timetable.
