Apex Gym is a serious, independent training environment in Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent. Hand-picked equipment from premium brands including Prime Fitness, Hammer Strength, Panatta, Arsenal Strength, Cybex and Nautilus sits alongside Bodytone cardio machines with HD touch screens.

The gym is owner-operated by Andrew Brown, who trained from 55 kg to 110 kg and brings that personal journey to coaching clients. Master Trainer personal trainers with over 1,000 hours of experience specialise in strength, bodybuilding and body composition, offering one-to-one sessions and bespoke online coaching.

New members receive a nutrition e-book, and bespoke nutrition plans are available from the PT team. The members' area includes a lounge with seating and a fridge. Supplements, cold drinks and Apex branded clothing are sold at reception. Private parking is available on site, and free trials are offered with no payment card required.
