Psych Weightlifting Club is Staffordshire's first dedicated Olympic Weightlifting facility, founded by Head Coach Joe Cowen. The club offers coached club sessions, open gym, youth programmes, personal training, Learn2Lift courses, and remote coaching.
Underpinned by the values of Effort, Enjoyment and Commitment, Psych aims to enhance sports performance and improve physical and mental wellbeing for athletes of all abilities — from complete beginners to national competitors.
