Aragona Martial Arts (AMA) is a professional martial arts academy established in Worthing in 1998, now based in Ferring. Led by founder and head coach Savio Aragona — a European Champion with over 50 years of martial arts experience — the academy offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai for all ages and abilities.
Classes cater to adults, teens, kids (7–12), and ladies only, with sessions spanning beginner, mixed ability, and intermediate/advanced levels, plus NoGi grappling and Saturday family workshops.
The coaching team emphasises expert instruction, strong values, and a supportive community environment designed to build confidence, fitness, self-defence skills, and resilience both on and off the mats.
