The Bar Gym is a registered charity founded in 2009 in Worthing, offering a fully equipped gym alongside a wide range of martial arts and fitness classes for all ages and abilities. From Boxing, Muay Thai and Kickboxing to Fighting Fit sessions and a dedicated Fight School, the gym welcomes everyone from complete beginners to competitive athletes.
