ARC Fitness is an addiction recovery coaching organisation based in Londonderry that supports individuals and families affected by substance use. Through a unique combination of physical activity, professional coaching, education, therapies, and community, ARC empowers people on the road to recovery.
Services include individual support programmes, family and supporter programmes, walking groups, corporate services, and school/university workshops. The team is led by Gary Rutherford, a Registered Mental Health Nurse and Personal Trainer who is himself in long-term recovery.
