Armed Forces Fitness (AFF) is an outdoor fitness provider based in Harrogate, offering group circuit sessions on The Stray and at Wetherby's Raby Park. All sessions are led by qualified serving or former Armed Forces physical training instructors and run 52 weeks a year regardless of weather.
Classes cater to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced, and include adult group sessions, an AFF Kids Club, and personal training. AFF has worked with hundreds of members of the public, schools, North Yorkshire Police, corporate organisations, and professional sports clubs.
