ATP Fitness Ballincollig is a friendly, semi-private gym and personal training studio in Link Road Business Park, Carrigrohane, about two minutes from Ballincollig town centre, with free on-site parking.

Founded in 2016 as part of ATP Fitness, 'The People's Gym', it offers 1:2 personal training where one coach looks after two clients, each following their own tailored programme. Small-group classes include spin, circuits, Madness, strength and HYROX-style conditioning, booked through the ATP app.

Specialist coaching covers pre and post natal training, menopause strength training, strength over 40, teen PT (ages 11-17), strength and conditioning for athletes and habit-based nutrition coaching. The gym welcomes complete beginners and seasoned lifters alike, and offers no-expiry credit packs that also work at the sister gym in Douglas.
