My Mental Fitness is a private 1-to-1 personal training and mental fitness coaching studio in Ballincollig, Cork, founded by Colin Gayer, a qualified psychotherapist and certified personal trainer who has lived the recovery journey. Every session is private and tailored, with no gym floor and no generic programmes, and treats mind and body as one system.

Clients can choose strength, fitness and conditioning personal training with mental health at its centre, or The Reset Programme, a 12-week blend of personal training and psychotherapy-informed coaching. It suits people dealing with stress, anxiety, burnout or a sense that life is off track, as well as anyone who dislikes crowded gyms.

Corporate offerings are also available, and new clients can start with a free discovery call.
