ATP Fitness is a friendly, coach-led gym with two Cork locations, in Douglas and Ballincollig, established in 2016. It offers 1:2 semi-private personal training, small-group classes (HYROX, spin, Madness, strength, circuits and more), teen PT and habit-based nutrition coaching.

Programmes are built around each person's goals, and beginners are welcome from the very first session. Members can choose rolling memberships or Cork's only no-expiry credit packs, usable at both gyms. The first session is free.
