Coach's Fitness Centre is a private, by-appointment-only fitness studio in Ovens, Cork, run by Conor Cunningham, known as Coach, who has more than 20 years of qualified experience. Every session is one-to-one in a private setting with its own car park and entrance, so clients can train comfortably away from a crowded gym.

Training and nutrition plans are tailored to each person's goals, whether that is weight loss, lean muscle gain, competition prep or overall health. The studio also offers online coaching, couple and group sessions on request, and performance coaching led by a qualified Coaching Psychologist and Mindfulness Practitioner.

Consultations are free, and the approach rejects fad diets and unproven methods in favour of lasting results.
