Axe & Hammer Fitness is a specialist small-group training gym in Rainford, St Helens, delivering coach-led strength & conditioning sessions in a private, confidence-friendly environment.

Unlike commercial gyms where classes are an add-on, sessions are fully programmed and coached — combining the accountability of personal training with the energy of a class — using sleds, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cables, cardio machines and full-resistance equipment.

The gym also offers 1-to-1 coaching, body composition testing and nutrition guidance, serving Rainford, St Helens, Newton-le-Willows and surrounding areas.
