Barry's London Central is the original London studio, opened in 2013 and one of the first boutique fitness concepts in the UK. Located on Euston Road, it was also the first basement-level Red Room — Barry's signature high-intensity interval training space combining treadmill runs and strength work.
The studio features a Fuel Bar with protein shakes and healthy snacks, an in-house shop, hot showers, lockers, and full changing facilities.
