Basebox is a female-founded boutique studio in Ruislip Gardens offering group fitness, yoga, pilates, dance, barre, and kids' classes in a welcoming, body-positive environment. Founded in 2017 by Leigh, a dancer and sports science masters graduate, the studio is built around community, inclusivity, and judgment-free movement for all levels.
Classes include adult dance (including a heels special), barre fitness, yoga, pilates, personal training, bring-your-baby sessions, and a full kids' programme for ages 4–18. Studio hire is also available.
