Gymophobics Ruislip is a ladies-only health and fitness centre that has been welcoming women of all ages since April 2010.
The centre is owned by Martinne and operates as part of the Gymophobics franchise, using the brand's trademarked Resisted Tension (RT) programme — a unique combination of isometric muscle contractions and resistance exercise performed without treadmills, weights or mirrors.
Instructors are present throughout every session to provide personalised guidance and encouragement in a supportive, non-intimidating environment. Members can also enjoy digital classes filmed by founder Donna Hubbard, ranging from 5-minute blasts to 30-minute sessions. New visitors are invited to book a free guest visit to see the gym and learn how everything works.
