Beefs & Babes Gym is a 24-hour gym in Stone, Greenhithe, Kent, offering serious training in a welcoming, no-attitude environment. The gym features a fully equipped main workout floor, a dedicated functional training area with battle ropes, TRX, plyoboxes and sledges, a purpose-built mezzanine boxing floor with punchbags, and on-site muscle therapy.

Personal trainers include an IFBB Pro figure athlete and a Level 3 boxing specialist. Membership options range from pay-as-you-go to monthly direct debit and annual plans, with discounts for students and armed forces. Beef Boxing classes are also available for adults, with kids classes coming soon.
