The Venue Boxing Gym is a family-run boxing and fitness gym located in Grays, Essex. While well-known as a boxing gym, they specialise in all areas of fitness training, inclusive for men, women, teenagers and children. Their high-intensity fitness classes cater for everyone with dedicated classes designed specifically for women and men, as well as joint training.
Classes include Mixed Technical Boxing, Kids Boxing, and Teen's Technical Boxing, with personal training and small group sessions also available.

Mixed Technical Boxing: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7pm Kids Boxing: Mondays and Wednesdays 5–6pm Teen's Technical Boxing: Mondays and Wednesdays 6–7pm
