Believe & Achieve is Sheffield's award-winning women-only gym specialising in midlife strength training for women aged 45+.

Founded by Claire Moore, the studio offers small group strength training sessions (maximum 6 women), fully coached and designed to help women become stronger, healthier and more confident through expert coaching, practical nutrition advice and menopause-aware support. No mirrors, no intimidation — just a friendly, welcoming community and expert guidance every step of the way.
