Bespoke Fit Life is a gym and personal training academy in Southwell, North Nottinghamshire, offering a scientifically based, dynamic and fun approach to fitness. The facility includes a strength floor with Pullum equipment, a cardio zone, a matted area for jiu jitsu and pilates, a private PT studio, a sports science lab, and a recovery room with infrared sauna and ice bath.
Classes include bootcamps, Brazilian jiu jitsu, pilates, breathwork, ancient yoga, circuits, strength & power and kickboxing. Personal training is available 1:1 or 2:1. A major expansion is launching in early 2026, adding full memberships, physio, hot and cold therapies and hot desking.
