Award-winning martial arts club established in 1990, based in Arnold, Nottingham. BKS offers kickboxing, boxing, sparring, and additional disciplines for all ages from 4 upwards, including mini classes (4–7), juniors (8–12), cadets (13–16), and adults (16+).
The club focuses on building confidence, discipline, resilience and lifelong friendships in an inclusive, family-friendly environment. BKS competes at national level and is affiliated with ICO Team England.
