Blueprint Fitness is North London's leading boutique personal training facility, with two exclusive private gym locations in Whetstone N20 and Hadley Wood, Barnet EN4.

Founded by competitive natural bodybuilder and director Chris Constantinou, the studio takes a scientific, no-gimmicks approach to training — crafting fully bespoke programmes covering weight loss, muscle gain, body composition, strength and conditioning, post-natal fitness, and competition preparation.

Every client journey begins with a detailed consultation including a full body composition and movement assessment, followed by tailored nutrition guidance and ongoing accountability. Both male and female personal trainers are available, serving clients across Barnet, Finchley, Whetstone, Totteridge, Southgate, Cockfosters and surrounding North London areas.
