Run by brother-and-sister duo Carlos and Bex, the studio specialises in efficient, results-driven one-to-one personal training sessions.

Carlos brings over 20 years of fitness industry experience, a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation, and specialist expertise in areas including core training, HIIT, boxing fitness, pre & post natal, and kids fitness.
