Boxing Well is a free, inclusive non-contact boxing programme based in Blyth, Northumberland, focused on mental and physical wellbeing. Founded by David Bullock during the COVID-19 crisis, it uses boxing-based movement to help people rebuild confidence, reduce anxiety, and find community.

Classes are open to all ages, abilities, and backgrounds — no fitness level required, no judgement, no sparring. Sessions include a Community Fitness Class, a Reduced Mobility Class, and an Autistic Women's Boxing Class, all led by experienced, empathetic coaches with Olympic and community coaching backgrounds.

Tuesday 10:00am–11:00am (Community Fitness), 11:00am–12:00pm (Reduced Mobility); Wednesday 2:00pm–3:00pm (Autistic Women's Boxing); further sessions on Thursday and Friday (see timetable)
