Breathe Reformer Pilates is a boutique reformer Pilates studio located within Tudor Grange Leisure Centre in Solihull. Classes are kept intentionally small — a maximum of five participants — to ensure personalised attention from fully qualified coaches.

The studio offers a range of class levels, from Reformer Foundation for beginners through to Reformer Flow and advanced sessions, as well as a Reformer Gentle class for those seeking a lighter approach. One-to-one sessions are also available for those wanting a fully tailored experience.

Founded by Kirsty, a personal trainer with over 20 years of experience, the studio is built around a welcoming, informal atmosphere that caters to all ages and abilities.
