Breathing Space is the London Buddhist Centre's mental health and wellbeing project, founded in 2004. A not-for-profit organisation based in Bethnal Green, East London, it offers evidence-based mindfulness courses, workshops, and retreats designed to help people overcome chronic stress, anxiety, and depression.
