Brighton Tai Chi Club teaches Yeung Family Tai Chi Chuan in Hove, led by Kevin Bryant — a 30-plus year student and disciple with over 20 years of teaching experience. Classes are small and informal, tailored to each student's goals whether that's relaxation, health, stress reduction, self-defence or deeper spiritual development.

Every session begins with softening exercises before moving into Form practice, including the Yang Family Hand Form as passed down through the Yeung lineage. The club caters to all levels and always keeps a sense of humour.
