Capoeira Brighton (MQFSM) is a small, welcoming capoeira angola group based in Brighton, teaching an Afro-Brazilian art form that blends movement, music, fight and ritual. Led by Treinel Ligado — a teacher with over fifteen years of experience in the lineage of Mestre Roberval — classes run twice weekly at two central Brighton venues.
Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, all levels are welcome. Sessions cover kicks, dodges, acrobatics, footwork, rhythm, partner work and music, building movement skills, balance, conditioning and confidence in a fun, energetic and friendly environment.
