Brighton Tai Chi Club teaches authentic Yeung Family Tai Chi Chuan in Hove, led by Kevin Bryant — a 30-plus year student and 20-plus year teacher with direct lineage from Yeung Ma-Lee sifu. Classes are small and informal, tailored to each student's goals whether for relaxation, health, self-defence or deeper spiritual development.

Every session begins with softening exercises before moving into Form Practice, including the Yang Family Hand Form, Fast Form, and weapon forms. Kevin became a disciple of his teacher Jim Uglow in 2007 and has trained extensively in Hong Kong with the Yeung family.
