Bristol Krav Maga is the South West's number one Krav Maga, self-defence and combat school, and Bristol's only Krav Maga Global (KMG) certified affiliate. Founded in 2009, BKM offers mixed adult classes (16+) at two Bristol locations — City Centre (Tuesday & Thursday) and Horfield (Monday & Wednesday) — as well as private 1-to-1 sessions and tailored corporate workshops.
Classes cover striking, grappling, ground fighting, weapons defence, multiple attackers, de-escalation and third-party protection, delivered by KMG Expert Level 1 instructor Kelly Alderson. The school prides itself on a supportive, beginner-friendly community and a curriculum that builds physical fitness, confidence and a resilient mindset.
