The British Institute for Chinese Martial Arts (BICMA) teaches Kung Fu and Kickboxing to all ages, from 4 years and up, at locations in Sudbury/Wembley and Amersham. Classes cover a traditional Northern Shaolin Kung Fu system as well as Kickboxing for fitness and competition.

All abilities are welcome, lead coaches are fully qualified, insured and have international competition experience.
