Capoeira Nottingham (Est. 2000) is a community interest company offering capoeira classes for all levels — from beginners to advanced — at the YMCA International Community Centre in Nottingham. The weekly timetable covers fundamentals, acrobatics, flow & fitness, kicks & esquivas, and general classes, as well as dedicated kids, parents, and teens sessions.
Training incorporates movement, music, games, and a touch of Portuguese language.
