Twisted Pole Studios is Nottingham's largest and longest-running pole dance studio, open since 2011 and located in a stunning Grade II listed city-centre building with arched windows and original wooden floors.

Offering expert-led group classes in pole dancing at all levels — from absolute beginners to advanced — as well as flexibility & stretch, spin pole, heels, flying pole, and private lessons, the studio welcomes everyone aged 16 and up.

With a friendly, inclusive atmosphere and a passionate team of qualified, competition-experienced instructors, Twisted Pole also hosts hen dos, stag parties, birthday parties, and corporate events.
