BungeeFit is the UK's first and original aerial bungee fitness studio, based in Nottingham. Attached to a state-of-the-art bungee rig, you bounce, fly and defy gravity in classes ranging from beginner technique sessions and HIIT cardio workouts to choreographed dance, acrobatic adventures and Acro Bungee with 360-degree somersaults.

The bungee's elastic nature minimises joint impact, making it suitable for those with joint problems, sciatica, arthritis or injury recovery. The Nottingham HQ also serves as a national training centre for aerial bungee instructor qualifications.
